PROFESSIONAL

EDUCATED, DEDICATED, PROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Richard Eiseman takes great pride in his dedicated team of professionals. "At Eiseman's it's all about the "we", not any one individual. Each of us has a great deal of intensity in making sure our clients are completely satisfied."

Louise Eiseman

Louise Eiseman

CO-FOUNDER

Louise Eiseman, company co-founder, chairman and resident “Queen Mum” (as her business card reads), is undoubtedly the heart of Eiseman Jewels. For decades, Mrs. Eiseman handled all marketing and community relations for the store, while working alongside husband, Dick, to offer personal service, a curated sense of style, and value to their clients in North Texas.

Outside the store, her greatest influence has been on the company’s philanthropic efforts in the community. A long-time community volunteer and patron, Louise has imparted in the Eiseman culture an understanding of the hard work of Dallas’ many charitable organizations and the importance of supporting their efforts as a company.

Today, Louise remains a thoughtful fixture at Eiseman with long-time clients stopping by often to see her when she is in the store.

In a 2014 interview with PaperCity magazine, Louise shared the secret of Eiseman Jewels success.

“I think it’s integrity. We have elegance, sincerity. The other person’s feelings come first. We have a great team. It’s not just Richard, [it’s] everybody we work with – our vendors that are very kind and supportive, our associates in the store. It’s teamwork. Whatever we do, it should be the finest, the most truthful and the most wonderful.” *
