Andre Vorster, a skilled certified diamond cutter of 40 years, and Urek Reznik, whose complementing skills of gemstone expertise, bring a collective 60 years of strong client relationships. Karen Miller, Megan Bourke and Mitch Rowden curate our designer collection and Eiseman Collection of jewelry with unmatched level of taste with a passion for quality.

To complement these important areas of our collection are our timepiece ambassadors and service experts. Andrew Black, along with Luis Oliveri, Michall LaRochelle, Victor Bradford and Steve Phillips, bring expertise to our broad collection of new Swiss timepieces. Lee Dowell, a highly skilled Rolex level 60 watchmaker leads our team in service and presentation of our Rolex Certified Preowned collection of timepieces.

Our estate division is run by our Vice President Michael Johnson, who brings over 35 years of expertise in the jewelry industry, has a distinguished background as a Master Goldsmith, Hand Engraver, and Stone Setter. He is a Certified Master Appraiser (NAJA) and has earned prestigious certifications in hand engraving, including the Grand Masters award from the GRS School of Hand Engraving. Additionally, his experience spans a wide range of skills, from CAD modeling and custom design to appraisal and estate purchasing. 

In addition to our client relationship team, our behind-the-scenes team vets each piece of jewelry using their gemological skills to ensure quality control. This essential department is led by the most respected jewelry industry veteran Maureen Thomas, whose relationships ensure seamless interaction with designers and our team.

In our repair services division, we are proud to have experts with extensive credentials, including FHH Certified Watch Advisor, Certified Jeweler via Studio Jewelers LTD, and trained Rolex Watch Technician. These skills and certifications ensure that all repair and maintenance services are performed to the highest standards, giving our clients peace of mind and unmatched quality.
