Fine Swiss timepieces need very specific care and maintenance. Manufacturers have very strict protocol in servicing their watches. To support the brands represented in our store we offer factory authorized service either by our on-site watchmaker, our offsite workshop or through the manufacturer’s service centers in the USA or Switzerland.

Eiseman Jewels is happy to assist you with your timepiece service needs, which includes sizing.* If you require service on your watch, whether purchased at Eiseman Jewels or at another retailer, we kindly ask that you make an appointment Monday through Thursday, between 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. in order for us to give you the time and attention deserved.
For Friday and Saturday service needs, we are only able to accommodate timepieces purchased from Eiseman Jewels. Appointments for Friday and Saturday are essential.
*We are able to assist with sizing and service based on the condition of the timepiece and if no aftermarket alterations have been made.
