Tell us about Goshwara. Does the name have a special meaning? And what makes your collection unique?

Goshwara means a perfect silhouette or perfection of beauty, and within the industry it is also used for a perfectly shaped, pear drop. The logo with an elephant with a trunk up is auspicious in my country and my culture. Also, the elephant in old times was used by the Royal families as a means of transportation so an elephant with a crown symbolizes royalty. I wanted to associate the brand with Richness, Class and Timelessness. The collection is special not only because of its bold looks, but also because of the unique natural gemstones which we cut in our cutting factories in Jaipur (India).

Where do you find inspiration for your designs?

Gemstones and fun colors always inspire me. I feel my style has evolved but has not really changed in the last twenty years. I still am most inspired by architecture from my travels and from geometry and nature in everyday life!

How do you stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the luxury jewelry market?

I do keep up with trends to an extent but my designs have always ridden the tide trough different trends and fashion changes. The Goshwara client can be a young girl who relates to the Manhattan & Queen collection, a middle-aged woman who loves Gossip and Rock n Roll collections, and the more mature older woman who appreciates pieces from the G-One collection.

Eiseman and Goshwara have been partners for many years; why is this partnership such a great fit?

I truly feel proud to be partners with Richard Eiseman and the incredible team at Eiseman Jewels because we have worked through the years to bring design and quality along with great value to clients. The other important part of the relationship is that we have been able to custom design pieces for clients using custom-cut gemstones.
